- Chat messages & audio consultation history
- Stored app preferences & device notification tokens
- Active wallet credits (non-refundable balance)
Data Retained (Legal Requirements)
- Completed payment transaction logs (retained as required by law for statutory tax & financial auditing)
- Anonymized aggregate usage metrics with no user identification
