⚠️ Astrology Guidance Disclaimer: Astrology is a belief system intended for guidance, personal insight, and entertainment. Astro Eleven does not provide certified medical, legal, or financial advice. Users are encouraged to exercise personal judgement for major life decisions.

1. User Account & Eligibility

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and consult with astrologers on Astro Eleven.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OTP verification logins.
  3. You agree to provide accurate birth details (date, time, location) for horoscope generation.

2. Wallet & Per-Minute Pricing

  1. Consultations with astrologers are charged on a per-minute basis as specified on each astrologer's profile card.
  2. Your Astro Eleven wallet is debited continuously during active audio, video, or chat consultations.
  3. If your wallet balance drops below the minimum required amount, the consultation call will automatically end.

3. Code of Conduct

  1. Users must treat astrologers with respect. Abusive, profane, or inappropriate language will lead to immediate account suspension without refund.
  2. Astrologers are independent consultants and are strictly prohibited from asking for direct offline payments or personal contact details.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Astro Eleven, including software code, Kundli graphics, logos, articles, and trademarks, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
