Personal Identifiers: Name, mobile phone number, email address, gender, and preferred language.
Birth Details: Date of birth, exact time of birth, and place of birth (city, state, country) necessary for generating accurate Vedic Rasi charts, KP chart significations, and horoscope predictions.
Consultation Data: Call durations, chat history, and ratings/feedback provided for astrologer sessions.
Payment & Wallet Data: Transaction ID, recharge amount, and payment status. We do not store sensitive payment details like credit card numbers or UPI PINs; all payments are processed directly by RBI-authorized payment gateways (e.g., PhonePe).

2. Sensitive Permissions (Mobile Application)

Our Android application requests permissions only when required for active features:

Camera & Microphone: Used exclusively during live 1-on-1 audio and video consultation calls with astrologers using encrypted WebRTC technology.
Notifications: To alert you when an astrologer accepts your call request or sends a message.

3. How We Use Your Information

To generate precise horoscope calculations and astronomical chart positions.
To facilitate real-time audio, video, and chat communication with certified astrologers.
To credit and debit your Astro Eleven wallet balance accurately based on per-minute consultation rates.
To notify you about special offers, planetary transit alerts, and account updates.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion
